At this stage the students:
☀︎ They are able to evaluate and argue a line of reasoning on the basis of ideas, beliefs or assertions of individuals and/or social groups.
☀︎ They develop analyses of different sources of implicit and explicit information, according to their validity, reliability, and adequacy of sources, in which they question different positions that influence themselves and the construction of their identity, which leads them to validate alternative solutions to current problems by making use of the information collected.
☀︎ Likewise, they are characterized by their leadership, teamwork and decision making evidenced by cooperative and collaborative work.
☀︎ They show an effective management of social-emotional skills, anticipation capacity and coexistence agreements.

FULL DAY PROGRAM
Our face-to-face experience path leads young people in the Construction Stage to strengthen learning through diverse and innovative teaching methodologies, modern infrastructure and a focus on the formation of the personal being to transcend, self-actualize and face the challenges of the future with different skills and competencies.

★ The Construction stage for IS Colombia is between the ages of 12 and 14, beginning in grade 6 and ending in grade 8.

BLENDED LEARNING
Our methodology respects the learning pace of each student, encouraging teamwork and autonomous work.
GROUP LEARNING
During 70% of the time, our students work in teams of 3 to 6 members to research, construct their own learning and develop interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.INDIVIDUAL LEARNING (SOLO LEARNING)
During the rest of the time, our students complement their learning autonomously through various resources, tools and digital platforms, which allow them to manage their knowledge and progress in their learning at their own pace.
CONSTRUCTION - FULL DAY PROGRAM
1. PROJECT-BASED LEARNING
Quarterly projects that, by lines of deepening, involve different areas of knowledge in the development of performances and evidences based on the ABP methodology to consolidate a systemic final product.2. BASIC COURSES
Exclusive disciplinary spaces for the construction, deepening and extension of fundamental concepts of some areas of knowledge.3. SPORT AND RECREATION
Environments dedicated to the process of sports training and physical care, where students can choose to initiate and/or improve their physical-sports skills.
4. ART AND CREATION
Environments dedicated to the development of the arts, where students can choose and explore their particular artistic interests, and give freedom to their creativity and artistic expression.
5. MAKERSPACE
Scenarios in which observation and analysis skills are developed, generating solution thinking from the design and construction of models and artifacts, through manipulative projects that integrate new technologies and particular interests on nearby phenomena.
6. CONNECTED COMMUNITIES
Meetings between peers to interact based on cooperative learning, where transversal projects of well-being and transcendence are worked on a rotating basis through thinking routines.
7. FREE READING TIME
Moments in which all members of the educational community engage in free reading in their favorite places around campus, thus fostering an improvement in fluency, comprehension and vocabulary, among other communicative elements.
8. SPECIALIZED STUDY ROOMS
Study spaces in small groups of personal choice or on the school's advice, aimed at specific reinforcement of disciplines. During these spaces we will work collaboratively between teachers and students, or students and their peers, in support of some specific needs detected during the academic process.
9. LEXIA POWER UP
Space to take advantage of the Personalized Learning Platform, Lexia, through interactive and digital work in which students have the opportunity to interact with the English language, improving their early literacy skills.10. READING BLOCK
Moments in which all members of the educational community engage in free reading in English in their favorite places around campus, thus fostering an improvement in literacy, fluency, comprehension and bilingual vocabulary, among other communicative elements.
11. INNOVA GLOBAL COMMUNITY
Creative spaces where students can use English to develop personal and group expression, establishing a sense of international community and collaboration by using this second language as the primary means of communication to advance bilingual lessons and activities that are shared in each Innova country through the Innova Schools LATAM network.
12. CHARACTER AND PERSONAL GROWTH TRIBUS
Meetings led by school guidance, which allow students to recognize the role they play in their development contexts "family, school and community", in order to find their own satisfaction, motivating meaningful learning.
13. CHARACTER AND PERSONAL GROWTH MORNING MEETING
The bright start to the day is a vital space that allows students to generate a connection to learning and experiences that lead to reflective awareness. At this time in the morning, through challenges formulated by the teachers, they share and explore their talents, skills and commitments, with themselves and with others..

CHARACTER AND PERSONAL GROWTH - ME IN THE MIRROR
Individual meetings deployed through workshops or pedagogical mediations led by school guidance, which allow students to enhance their skills, talents and interests, through conscious discipline and self-recognition.
CHARACTER AND PERSONAL GROWTH FAMILIAR - TRANSCENDING FAMILY
Meetings held by means of workshops led by school guidance, by disciplinary teachers or experts in specific topics, which allow parents, families or caregivers to identify their interests and expectations, to plan an effective and affective accompaniment route for their children, as well as the projection of achievements in the short, medium and long term.
EXTRACURRICULARES
In groups, students can enjoy recreational, artistic and sports activities guided by our teachers.
DEBATING SOCIETY
In debate teams our students can generate knowledge about methods of discussion, rebuttal and conflict analysis and resolution.
INNOVA LATAM
In Latin American communities of Innova networks around the continent and under any academic, artistic or sports interest, our students will be able to work virtually with students from the network around different projects from 1 to 2 times a month.
